Schucry Kafie is a Honduran businessman and altruist noted for being the author of Lácteos de Honduras S.A.— also called Lacthosa—its biggest dairy organization. He is also an establishing part, alongside Luis and Eduardo's siblings, of Luz y Fuerza de San Lorenzo Sociedad Anónima—otherwise called Lufussa—the biggest power provider in Honduras.
Schucry Kafie went to San Francisco Secondary School at Tegucigalpa, where he procured a Honduran Baccalaureate in 1965. In 1971, he moved to the US to go to Georgetown College, procuring a Four-year certification in Business Organization and Money.
